Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Kenya)

• Nairobi CBD & Westlands: Same-day or next-day delivery where available.
• Other Nairobi areas: 1–3 business days.
• Outside Nairobi (major towns): 2–5 business days.
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times are estimated at 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and fees imposed by their country.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free delivery may be available for orders above a stated minimum value.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. You can track your order via our website or the courier's tracking portal.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

House Levitika Plus Ltd is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 5 business days and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

7. Delivery Failures

If delivery is attempted and fails due to an incorrect address provided by you or unavailability at the delivery address, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order.
